Bubbles and Brews Processco Van is a fully renovated Piaggio Ape (3 wheeled Vespa Van) that has been converted into a mobile bar serving Prosecco and other wine offerings on tap. Two of our taps serve bubbly or one Prosecco, and the second any other drink, like beer, wine, or any still drink including signature cocktails, lemonade, kombucha, you name it.

The self-contained trailer is compact in size and fits into most event spaces, making it perfect for parties, events, and weddings, as well as large festivals and public events.

Bubbly and wine kegs contain roughly 110 glasses of ready-to-drink deliciousness. There are no bottles to open or dispose of and the best part, no waste. Our dispensers do not us CO2. Instead we use pressured air on a keg containing a bladder. What does this mean? The Prosecco, Rose, Wine, Beer, Cocktails, or non-alcoholic drinks come out the same as if they were being poured from a bottle. Nothing touches it, so there is no taste from the propellants.
