GLASSWARE

If you’re looking to upgrade to glassware we work with local suppliers and can source any size or style of glassware to suit your event.

BALLOONS
Balloon garlands and bouquets are the perfect way to add a POP of colour to your event! An excellent addition for any celebration.

FLORALS
Adorn BB with beautiful florals that match the colours and theme of your event. The options for design are endless!

CUSTOM SIGNAGE
We offer customized signage, whether it’s hand-lettering, chalk signs or custom-printed vinyl. We will get your message across in style!

Signature Cocktails

To make your event even more memorable, we can work with you to design a unique, signature cocktail. Or if you’re looking for a bit of inspiration you can choose from our classic cocktails menu or our snazzy signature cocktail menu. We like to think there’s something for everyone on there, even a mocktail or two for the youngins’.

Sandhill Rose Wine - Served on Prosecco Cart

We can recommend a sizable list of beverages that can be served by our taps. The limitation is that they have to be able to be available in a KEY Keg format. We do have the ability to hook our system up to other keg systems, but additional costs and time may be required. Please reach out if you need recommendations, or assistance.

 

* $500 Non-refundable down payment required upon signature of contract. Remainder due 30 days prior to event.
** 110 V 15 amp power is required to be provided to the location of the cart and is the cost / resposibility of the client. This can be provided from venue or a portable generator can be supplied at an extra cost
*** Client to provide all permits, insurance and licences required to serve alcoholic beverages (liquor licences etc.). Proof will be required prior to company serving alcoholic beverages.
**** Bartending service longer than this agreement to be paid at $120.00/Hour and needs to be paid in advance of services being continued. Bartenders entitled to a 15 minute break every 2 hours.
***** Bubbles and Brews will remove all garbage and recycling from inside the trailer. Client responsible for all garbage and recycling.
****** Where cash bars are provided Bubbles and Brews Canada can provide a float. This needs to arranged 48 hours prior to event.
******* Any tips received by the bartenders will belong to the bartenders.
******** Any amendment or modification of this agreement or additional obligation assumed by either party in connection with this Agreement will only be binding if evidence in writing is signed by both parties.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: DO YOU SELL ALCOHOL?

Liquor laws in Canada don’t allow the sale of alcohol from a mobile vehicle . The person hosting the event is responsible for purchasing the alcohol and acquiring a Special Events/Occasion Permit from the AGLC so we can legally dispense any alcoholic beverages. However, we can help you order and
purchase any kegs or bottled beverages through our vendors and even pick up and drop off kegs before and after your event for an additional fee

Q: WHAT DRINKS DO YOU SERVE?

Of course with serve Prosecco!  We love to serve anything that comes in a keg, including beer, red or white wine, cider, cold brew and kombucha from our amazing local vendors. We also serve spirit-based drinks and cocktails. We can even work with you to craft a signature cocktail for your event! It doesn’t even have to come in a keg, we have the ability to serve non alcoholic drinks as well, so if you’re worried about your guests driving home, we can create a special lemonade or other mocktail to add to your drinks.  Send us an email and we can build your drink menu from the ground up and ensure you have enough booze to keep all your guests happy

Q: WAIT, WHAT? I DON'T LIKE SPARKLY DRINKS, DO YOU SERVE WINE?

Of course!  Celebrations often are celebrated with bubbly, however there is a long list of red and white wines that can be found in kegs.  Cab Sav?  Yep!  Pinot Noir? Yes Rose? Our favorite, so yes again 🙂

IS BUBBLES AND BREWS APPROVED BY ALBERTA HEALTH SERVICES?

Yes, and we think we might be in the minority from the looks of things.  I would seem that our local mobile bars take your event safety concerns for granted.  For more details check out our Health and Safety Page..

Q: DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE?

We have Commercial General Liability Insurance and all of our bartenders are Pro Serve Certified!

Q: WHAT’S A SPECIAL OCCASIONS PERMIT?

A Special Occasions Permit (SOP) allows for the sale and service of alcohol on special occasions, such as cash bars at weddings or private receptions, as well as larger public events. A SOP is required any time alcohol is served anywhere other than in a licensed establishment or a private residence.

This might seem complicated, but it’s easy and it’s all online.  If you are unsure about how to navigate these waters, or have questions, please reach out to us.  We can simplify everything, and we might even be able to handle it for you.

Q: WHY SHOULD I OPT FOR KEG SERVICE RATHER THAN BOTTLES?

With kegs, you’re getting the freshness and quality that the brewer intended when they crafted their beverages. Kegs also reduce the cost of traditional bottle packaging and transportation. By eliminating this packaging, we’re reducing the amount of recycling after an event, lowering our overall carbon footprint.

Q: HOW WILL WE KNOW WHAT TO BUY?

Once we know more about your event we will give you a shopping list based on your guest count and estimated consumption.

Q: WHAT DO WE NEED TO BOOK THE BUBBLES AND BREWS CART?

To reserve the Bubbles and Brews Cart, we ask for a 50% deposit along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to your event date. If your event is short notice (less than 30 days before event date), the full payment outlined in the contract is due upfront.

Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS?

We need a standard 110v plug with a dedicated 15 amp circuit to operate the tap system and refrigeration. We can work with your venue to ensure that it has the power we need to operate smoothly!  We also have the option to rent a generator in the rare case that the power supply is not sufficient.

Q: CAN WE DECORATE BB?

We encourage it! BB loves to get adorned with flowers, balloons, decals, marquee letters and more! We can work with you to dress BB to the nines or put us in touch with your planner to iron out all the details! We just ask that you be respectful and always ask before fastening or sticking anything to BB. She’s very precious to us!
